YOU GET THE CHICKEN BY HATCHING THE EGG, NOT BY SMASHING IT.

When we are doing some thing, we need patient about it so that we can feel the success afterward. We cannot too rush when doing our work. Because it will spoilt our effort if we are too rush until we cannot differentiate between the right and wrong. Just like the message, we won't get the chicken if we smash it because the egg is already broken. If we want to get the chicken, we need to hatch the egg. This teach us that when we doing our work, we need to do it in step by step so that we won't miss the important part. So after this, i will try to do my work step by step.

Do you know wht is meant by "You get the chicken by hatching the egg, not by smashing it"? hmmm..the key to everything is patience. If you want to be a successful person in this world,u should b patient to take a step forward. Life in this erra is very hectic,in a safe site think before you act..no need to rush to make a good decision. Thus,be patience to get what you wish.

As we human beings adjust to the ever-increasing speed of modern life, we often lose our patience, and in ways that would have been unimaginable even a few short decades ago. We sigh when forced to wait at ATMs, curse our computers for being so slow and honk our horns at slowpokes in traffic. Timeliness certainly has its rightful place in the scheme of things, but it's sheer folly to demand that everyone and everything around us move at the pace we dictate. Most of us could learn to be a little more patient.
erm,the good news is that patience is a mental skill, one that can be practiced and eventually mastered, even by the most impatient person. And losing patience constitutes a misuse of spiritual power. So, get real. Adjust your perceptions to the reality of the situation at hand. Don't work yourself into a lather over nothing.Resist the temptation to emulate the demanding behaviors of impatient friends, relatives and coworkers. This is an easy trap to fall into, hold your ground. Therefore, the key to everything is patience.Hope that you will practice to be patience.
thank you

"That’s the point. It goes like this: Teaching is touching life." - Escalante, Jaime

I am not a teacher so I do not know how actually teaching life is. But in my view, teaching life can be several type that are tough, touch and both. Why I say like that? This is because different teaching will lead to different life. If the teacher do not know how to teach or handle his or her student then the teacher's life will be very toughing. But if the teacher know how to make the students understand what he or she teaching then the teacher will be very touching when the students success in the future. But got some will get both that is toughing and touching. Actually this is the most common life be the teaching life. Because impossible one person can teach in his or her teaching so extremely good or bad, so he or she will get touch and tough in their teaching life. If i as the teacher, i would like to experience touching and toughing life so that i get more knowledge on that. I think i will touch when all the students I teach success in their life and get the best in their whole life. Then i think i will tough when there is some students did not listen to my advise. I do want their go on the wrong patrh in their life. This will make me suffer and feel failure in my life. Actually I also can see how is the teaching life from my teachers. They seem to be very happy and touch when we are success and get understood what they want to deliver. But sometimes they will be sad when the test result is worst. Because this mean that students did not listen to they or students did not know what the teacher teach. So, for me teaching can be touching, toughing or both.

"The key to everything is patience. You get the chicken by hatching the egg, not by smashing it." - Arnold H. Glasgow

Having patience does not mean that you allow yourself to put up with anything that someone does. It is not about complacency and does not mean that you accept whatever happens in your life without attempting to change.

What it means?
The ability to wait, accepts delays and endures waiting without complaining. At times people disappoint you and your expectation takes time to materialize. No matter how bleak or slow things seem to move, remember that the dark waiting hour is still 60 minutes. It is not what happens that matter but how you react. You need to cultivate the belief that sometimes it takes longer to reach your outcome but it will finally show up as long as you keep going.

Remember patience is a virtue and good things comes to those who wait!! \(^v^)/

in study, a person like me is not good in patience. im not good in study however i will try to be as patience as i can..
so, the key for success is 'patience'...
think first before doing anything that might make you regret...

“ An apple a day, keeps the doctor away”

Apples have been a staple of healthy eating for many years, and the often-repeated line of an apple a day keeping the doctor away is far from a myth. Apples really do have a wonderful variety of nutrition benefits, and are a tasty addition to any diet of good health and longevity. Of all of the fruits we eat, did we know that apples are the best source of pectin, a natural fiber that has several health benefits. Maybe we also do not know that apples also contain phytochemicals, quercetin, tannins, and antioxidants, all of which have different healthy properties.
The benefits of making apples as a standard part of our daily diet:
1. Apples improve the bowels.
2. Apples lower cholesterol.
3. Apples reduce the risk of cancer.
4. Apples slow the aging process.
5. Apples help to prevent hair loss.
After reading the article , I find that I have choose the right path in my life that is I like to eat apples. Now I even more know that eating apples is good for meand my healty. Actually eating apples also can let us become more slim and beauty. Apples have so many benefits to us so we need to eat an apple a day to let our life become more healthy. Although eating apples is good for us but we cannot eat many apples a day. It is not good for us to eat too many apples a day. If we want the healthier life then we need to follow the right information to have our daily diet. Since I eat apples, I feel that I even become more healthy and my life is seem to be longevity. So, I will continue to eat apples in my whole life until the endless of life. I also hope that all the people in world will eat an apple a day to make their life become more healthy.

Like others said, patience is the main theme of this quote. Patience is really hard to sustain indeed. We need to nurture moral and spiritual strength in order to gain patience and we need moral fiber to hold on to it. It is not an easy task because nowadays we need to fulfill high demands regarding to our studies(to get a good job after grad,of course!), the hopes of our parents and the community around us, and the preventing of misbehave of ourselves in order to become the best and ideal person in GOD's eyes. All of this will give us stress if we could not handle it wisely. With a little patience joined by prayer and doa, our life will be blessed and turned out okay.Everything will be fine. InsyaAllah.

guilty till proven innocent??

INNOCENT TILL PROVEN GUILTY , a phrase we often hear when it comes to the law. You may be thinking why the sudden mention of this phrase. The thing is we see news of crime on a daily basis so we would tend to notice the procedure of the prosecution.

One main thing that caught my attention is how a suspect is thrown into jail pending their hearing. Understandably this is done with the safety of the victims in mind. I have nothing against this procedure whatsoever. However I can’t help but think how this deviates from the principal of innocent till proven guilty.

The principle would suggest that anyone should be treated as a free man until there is sufficient prove to prove that he or she is guilty. However , isn’t throwing a suspect into jail before they are proven guilty contradicting with the principle?? If the suspect is indeed guilty then it wouldn’t really matter. But what about those suspects that are actually innocent? Imagine being jailed for no apparent reason. The time wasted , the personal humiliation , disgrace brought to the family. This are all items that cannot be replaced. How unfair it would be for the innocent suspects.

Lastly , I would like to make it clear that I have no objections to the current law procedures. I just feel that we shouldn’t give empty promises. If we can’t free suspects , change the principle to GUILTY TILL PROVEN GUILTY.

The first step to getting the things you want out of life is this: Decide what you want.
From: Ben Stein ( www.quotationspage.com/subjects/life/ )

Do you all what does this mean? Did you all think about what you all want to get before you are doing some things. It is very important to decide what we want before we doing our work. Because this step can let us to be success or failure in our work. If we did not decide what we want, we might not get the starting point or even the ending point. Like that we just doing useless thing because the probability for us to get failure is very high. Because we do not know what we want and what can we do. After we have decided what we want, we can do a lot of things and we also can planning a lot of things to do to let our work success. After we know what we want to get, we will put more effort on it so that we really can get what we want. The decision also can be our motivation to make us move forward and make sure us won’t stuck at the same place. Like that, we will do our best to release usso that we won’t stuck at there for forever. For me, I will decide what I want to get before I moved on my work. Because this make me feel confident inside myself. For example, before I study my Mathematics for test, I will decide what kind of mark I want to get. Like thats I will put all my effort so that I really will get that mark. Because I really pay all my attention to my Mathematics. I like Maths so much so I will decide what mark I want to get then I will do my best on that. Because of that, I alway get the high mark that I want in my Maths. So, here I want to remind you all and myself that we need to decide what we want as the first step when we are going to getting the things we want out of life.

Life is just a mirror, and what you see out there, you must see inside of you.
From: Wallay ‘Famous’ Amos (1936) (www.quotationspage.com/subjects/life/)

Actually life is really just a mirror because every seem to be acting in the real world. They do not want to show they real personality to other so rather than acting. The mirror will just reflect the best thing of humanity and won’t reflect the bad side of human look. The mirror surface is smooth and every thing seem to be good but maybe actually inside that is rotten already. The human heart won’t simply show off, we do not know whether someone heart is in good condition or already rotten in the early of life. So we cannot just judge a people according to their outlook. Some people look like ugly or normal but actually inside their heart, they are very nice people. Maybe they alway help other that needed their help. They will do what they can do and what they can contribute. Reversely got some people look very beauty and nice look but actually they all are rotten inside. They will just act like very kind to other people that needed help in front of the person they like or interest so that the person their like have good impression to them. This kind of people is the worst because they didn’t threat other indeed from heart but just act for someone see. So whatever we do, we need to look into ourself so that we won’t make big mistake like acting in front of people. We need to face other by our real charateristic and personality so that we will remember by other forever not because we are acting but is we are very best friend. So here, I advise you all must see inside of you all so that you won’t just acting in front of people.

The Seven Dangerous

What is mean by the seven dangerous? Actually it is about what should not we do after we have a meal. So this is actually related to our daily meal.
So don’t act the seven actions below after you have a meal:
• Do not smoke - this is because experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking ten cigarettes ( chances of cancer is higher ).
• Do not eat fruits immediately – Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit one to two hour after meal or one hour before meal.
• Do not drink tea – Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.
• Do not loosen your belt – Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked.
• Do not bathe – Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.
• Do not walk about – People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till ninety nine. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.
• Do not sleep immediately – The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric and infection in our intestine.

Before I read this article, I have done some of the dangerous actions like eat fruit immediately after meal and walk about after my meal. Because I think that this actions will be increase my health level. Eating fruit and walk around will make our body more stronger than before. But after I reading this article I found that this kind of actions actually is bring hazard to our body. So, after I know this I immediately change my bad habit that is eating fruits immediately and walk about after meal. I will just take fruit after one or two hour after meal and I will just walk before I have not take my meal. Here, I would like all of you know that do not even try the seven dangerous actions after have a meal. Hope all of you will notice my comment.

Criminal tactic again

If you meet a guy (especially Indian) who rides a motorbike with bloody hand knocking your window demand you to stop and asking for tissue paper to clean the blood when you are driving a car, remember DO NOT stop the car. at all. Even how he damages your car or holds the side mirrors tightly also DO NOT stop the car but directly drive to the nearest police station. This kind of criminal tactics had been reported about 40 cases in Seremban,K. Lumpur, Shah Alam, P.Jaya and Klang Town police stations (actually around the whole country also happen).
These guys are mainly Indian gangsters, They work in a group and dared to commit this criminal even in the crowded area whereby no body will dare to stop the car to help you. The main purpose of this dirty tactic is to rob you and / or even commit rape if you are female driver driving alone. Please forward this message to the people you care about at your best.
From Dr Jeyashree Srinivasan- Island Hospital

Here, I want to tell all of you that although you lie to help people, you also need to alert to this kind of criminal tactic Because some of the prisoner like to use people kindness as their weak point so that they can do their criminal. If you really unfortunately meet that kind of thing, you need to pick up your phone and make calls to hospital and police station. The police and rescue team will handle the patient. This action can make sure you are out of danger and the people who injured also really can get the treatment. So do not simply trust other to make sure our safeguard is secure.

Coffee As Health Food

Your daily cappuccino may seem like a guity pleasure. But guess what? This guilty pleasure may actually help you live longer. That is right: Coffee, apparently, is a health food. It seems like everything that's addictive--and pleasurable--is bad. Smoking: bad. Drinking: Bad, if you overdo it. Coffee? Good? What gives? Well, previous studies have produced decidedly mixed results about coffee. Some found that java seemed to make people more likely to drop dead from a heart attack, get diabetes or be stricken by cancer. Others found the opposite -- coffee drinkers seemed to live longer. After accounting for smoking, diet and other factors that might confuse the analysis --the largest such study to date--found that those who drank more coffee were less likely to die than those who didn't regularly drink java, according to a report in the June 17 issue of the Annals of Internal Medicine. Coffee seemed to have no impact on cancer one way or the other. But it did have a big effect on heart disease -- the leading killer for both men and women. Two or three cups a day cut the chances of dying from heart disease by 25 percent. Four or five cups a day cut it by 34 percent. And it didn't matter whether the coffee was caffeinated or de-caf, indicating there's something else about coffee that's doing the trick. Previous research indicates there are substances in coffee that lower inflammation and make blood vessels work better. The study didn't differentiate filtered or unfiltered brews.

Actually I am a person who like to drink coffee because it can make me feel fresh after I have drink coffee. Before that, I heard other saying that drink too much coffee is not good for health but I did not care about it. Because drinking coffee daily already become one part of my life. Luckily that time I did not stop from drinking coffee because now I know that actually drinking coffee can help me live longer. For more information about coffee as health food, please refer to:

Ladies please read

Using the same pad for more than three hours can cause cervical cancer and bacterial infection. All of you won’t wondered what were the ingredients that made popular brands of pad so free and light and carefree? If yes, then let me tell you that the material that makes the pad so paper thin is cellulose gel. So it is not even cotton. Please do not wear same pad for more than three hours of a maximum. Because after this duration, the genital area is prone to bacterial action and may result in cervical cancer or other complications. No wonder so many women in the world suffer from cervical cancer and womb tumors. Have you heard that tampon makers include asbestos in tampons? Why would they do this? Because asbestos makes you bleed more, if you bleed more, you are going to need to use more. Why is not this against the law since asbestos is so dangerous? Because the power that be, in all their wisdom (not), did not consider tampons as being ingested, and, therefore, did not consider them illegal or dangerous. Tampons contain two things that are potentially harmful: Rayon (for absorbency), and dioxin (a chemical used in bleaching the products). The tampon industry is convinced that we, as women, need bleached white products in order to view the product as pure and clean. The problem here is that the dioxin, which is produced in this bleaching process. can lead to very harmful problems for a woman. Dioxin is potentially carcinogenic cancer-associated and is toxic to the immune and reproductive systems. It has also been linked to endometriosis and lower sperm counts for men. For both sexes, it breaks down the immune system.
Then what can we, as women, do because impossible for us not to use pad? The only method we can do is using feminine hygiene products that are not bleached and that are all cotton. And other feminine hygiene products (pads/napkins) contain dioxin as well, but they are not nearly as dangerous since they are not in direct contact with the vagina. The pads/napkins need to stop being bleached, but, obviously, tampons are the most dangerous.

Here, I want to let all of the women know that we can write to the companies:Tampax (Tambrands), Playtex, O.B., Kotex that we demand a safe product all cotton unbleached tampons. We, as women, need to take care our own life better so that we won’t easier get the disease suppose we won’t get so easy. Please alert to all the product of pads we use. Do not just simply buy some to use so that we won’t regret in the future.

Water: The Drink for Long Life

Water is vital for good health and a long life. Although we can live for days without food, our survival depends on drinking water. Each and every cell needs water to perform its essential functions.
Benefits of a good “drinking habit”:
 Stay hydrated – On these hot summer days, our body needs to replenish itself with water more than ever. When we become dehydrated, we do not have enough water in our body to carry out normal functions.
 Regulate body temperature – For work-out fans, drinking water reduces cardiovascular stress and improves performance. And water reduces body temperature, making the exercise process safer and more effective.
 Skin health – Water hydrates and irrigates impurities from the skin, keeping it healthy and glowing.
 Nutrient absorption – Water transports essential nutrients, minerals, vitamins, proteins, and sugars for assimilation.
 Acids in weight loss – If we have not been drinking enough water, our body has developed a pattern of storing water-which equals extra unwanted pounds. Drink more water to teach our body that it no longer needs to store water. Water is also a natural appetite suppresant.
 Flushes wastes and toxins – Water helps us flush our system of the chemicals and toxins that we encounter every day in our modern world: car exhaust, dyed clothing, synthetic, formaldehyde-packed carpets-when we add up the toxins, it becomes dizzying! Our body will process and eliminate some of these hordes of chemicals that enter it. Without enough fluids to flush out our system, these accumulated toxins in our body will slow down our organ function, causing premature aging and resulting in chronic illness.
We should be drinking at least 60 ounces of water- about 8 glasses-a day.

So we really need to bring out the habit of drinking water for our healthy. To develop a good water-drinking habit, get two large, rigid thermos bottles with a 20-ounce capacity and fill them with water. Take along with us during the day to drink at work or study, and drink the other one at home or hostle. Do what we need to do so that our healthy in the good condition.

Why Study Mathematics?

Did all of you think that what the use for us to study mathematics? What teacher has not heard a student complain, “When am I ever going to have to use this?” Did not most of us ask it ourselves, once upon a time? And unless we choose a math-intensive career like engineering, the truth is that after we leave school, most of us will never again use most of the math we learned. But if math beyond arithmetic is not all that useful, then what is the point?
Actually maths got a lot of usage for us although we did not notice it. We study mathematics for:
• To understand creation – Maths is beautiful, suprising, enjoyable, and interesting. In fact, maths is the closest that we humans get to true magic. Maths connect ideas that otherwise seem totally unrelated, revealing deep similarities that subsequently show up in nature.
• To train our minds - The investigation of mathematical truths accustoms the mind to method and correctness in reasoning, and is an employment peculiarly worthy of rational beings.
• To understand history - In most sciences, one generation tears down what another has built, and what one has established another undoes. In mathematics alone, each generation adds a new story to the old structure. Biographical history, as taught in our public schools, is still largely a history of boneheads: ridiculous kings and queens, paranoid political leaders, compulsive voyagers, ignorant generals — the flotsam and jetsam of historical currents.
• To appreciate the beauty - The mathematician’s patterns, like the painter’s or the poet’s, must be beautiful. The ideas, like the colors or the words, must fit together in a harmonious way. Beauty is the first test: there is no permanent place in this world for ugly mathematics.
• To enjoy the mental challenge

Here, I want to tell all of you that maths really can let us enjoy the mental challenge. When we are doing a complicated maths question, we will use all of our brain to think of it so that we can get the answer. This can let our mental to experience a huge difference so we will feel very enjoy when we are doing it. I hope all of you also will like to study mathematics because it is actually a subject that make us happy.

5 Essential Weight Loss Foods

Diets are very hard, as is the feeling of being overweight. Many of these fad diets may promise instant and significant weight loss results, but most of them rely on depriving your body of certain nutrients and disrupting the natural function of your body's metabolism. Chinese medicine considers obesity to be partly the result of declining function of the metabolic fire of the kidney network and a diet that provides a well-balanced array of nutrients is the key to losing weight in a healthy way. What follows are five foods that will help you restore your body's ability to use energy and help you become your healthy weight.
1. Millet: A well-balanced diet should consist of whole grains instead of refined grains like white rice and pasta, and millet is a beneficial and delicious staple of this category of food. This non-glutinous grain is over 10-percent protein, has high amounts of fiber and B-complex vitamins, and because it isn't an acid forming food, is easy to digest.
2. Asparagus: Asparagus is a nutrient-rich vegetable packed with folate, vitamins A, C, and K, and fiber. Asparagus also contains a carbohydrate known as inulin (not to be confused with insulin) that promotes healthy bacteria in the large intestine - which in turn promotes a healthier digestive function.
3. Pomegranates: Pomegranates are a wonderful example of a healthy, nutritious fruit that has antioxidant properties and will help prevent cancer. While the benefits of drinking pomegranate juice have gained a lot of attention recently, you will be more likely to lose weight by eating the fruit fresh to increase your fiber intake and keep the calories down.
4. Pine Nuts: Chinese medicine uses pine nuts to improve gastrointestinal tract and digestive functions, and pine nut oil is even used for appetite suppression. Pine nuts and other nuts are a tasty part of a well-balanced diet intended for weight loss.
5. Green Tea: Green tea is a wonderful alternative to coffee in that it does provide a little caffeine but also contains beneficial antioxidants. So drink up!
Eat five smaller meals a day, avoid processed foods, chew more slowly, and incorporate more healthy foods into your diet-starting with these five and the Tao of Wellness B-Slim dietary supplement, which will help you lose weight naturally.

So that mean if we want to diet, we need to have a correct way to do that. We cannot just depend on the marketing product that say you will lose how many weight in a short time. We need to have a balance diet meal for us to lose our weight. We need to take enough nutrition of food because that is the correct way to diet too. So I hope all of you and also included me will choose the correct way to lose the weight.

The Ten Quick Ways

1. Smile - Just sit there and smile. Like a fool, yes, but a relaxed fool. We smile when we are happy, but we can cheat our psyches by smiling first and becoming lighter next. So smile.
2. Drink more water - Maybe it's a soothing, flowing activity; maybe the water actually does something to the digestion or something.
3. Breathe deep - When breathing in, imagine peace coming in and filling your being, and making you as light as a balloon, colour of your choice, but ideally no red. Green or blue maybe. When exhaling, or breathing out, imagine stress and problems leaving you.
4. Beauty treatment 1 - There's something soothing about letting somebody fiddle about with your hair and face.
5. Beauty treatment 2 - Look at beautiful things. Sceneries, children, cute animals, sexy people. Visit hubs that are beautiful. Change your desktop image into a beautiful picture.
6. Sharpen a pencil - There are many such rhythmic activities which relax you fast. Rhythm soothes the stressed out beast.
7. Water treatment - Take a bath or swim or dance in the rain or stand under a waterfall.
8. Meditate - Sit still, breathe rhythmic, think beautiful thoughts. No, drowning your neighbour in clear soup is not beautiful! Love your neighbour. Think beauty, love, peace...
9. Laugh - Laugh out loud, and the world will think you're crazy. Let them! It will relax them too! That's social service you're doing! Read jokes on the web, or wherever.
10. Play - Playing with a child or a pet. Have you noticed that children don't suffer from much stress till they are introduced to adult things like grades and stuff?

So, actually we have many ways to make us relax. We need not to care other thinking, we just need to think something about how can we relax from our stress or burden. Top 8 Ways to Treat PMS

Unpleasant as it may be, premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a normal and regular part of a woman's life. A woman may experience minor discomfort and symptoms of PMS before the onset of her menstrual cycle because her body is going through hormonal fluctuations to prepare itself for ovulation. What can also happen is that she may experience severe pain during menstruation, known as dysmenorrhea, or feels a particularly intense shift in mood or energy level because of severe symptoms of PMS. If this is you, you might have been prescribed certain forms of medication to reduce the severity of these symptoms, such as birth control pills or antidepressants. The good news, though, is that there are a lot of natural ways to reduce this severity of symptoms. Here are your top 10 ways of coping with PMS:
1. Eat more EFAs - Studies have found that certain essential fatty acids (EFAs) have reduced the symptoms that go hand-in-hand with PMS and dysmenorrhea.

Undying Love

An incredible love story has come out of China recently and managed to touch the world.
It is a story of a man and an older woman who ran off to live and love each other in peace for over half a century. The 70-year-old Chinese man who hand-carved over 6,000 stairs up a mountain for his 80-year-old wife has passed away in the cave which has been the couple's home for the last 50 years.
Over 50 years ago, Liu Guojiang a 19 year-old boy, fell in love with a 29 year-old widowed mother named Xu Chaoqin.. In a twist worthy of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, friends and relatives criticized the relationship because of the age difference and the fact that Xu already had children. At that time, it was unacceptable and immoral for a young man to love an older woman.. To avoid the market gossip and the scorn of their communities, the couple decided to elope and lived in a cave in Jiangjin County in Southern ChongQing Municipality. In the beginning, life was harsh as hey had nothing, no electricity or even food. They had to eat grass and roots they found in the mountain, and Liu made a kerosene lamp that they used to light up their lives.
Xu felt that she had tied Liu down and repeatedly asked him, 'Are you regretful? Liu always replied, 'As long as we are industrious, life will improve.'
The couple had lived in peace for over 50 years until last week. Liu, now 72 years, returned from his daily farm work and collapsed. Xu sat and prayed with her husband as he passed away in her arms. So in love with Xu, was Liu, that no one was able to release the grip he had on his wife's hand even after he had passed away. 'You promised me you'll take care of me, you'll always be with me until the day I died, now you left before me, how am I going to live without you?'
Xu spent days softly repeating this sentence and touching her husband's black coffin with tears rolling down her cheeks.
In 2006, their story became one of the top 10 love stories from China , collected by the Chinese Women Weekly. The local government has decided to preserve the love ladder and the place they lived as a museum, so this love story can live forever.

When we are really faithfulness in our love, we will do all the things that we can do for our couple. This action because we really want our couple to live happily. We won’t complaint that why we need to do all this things. We will just do all the things in our heart and make the things slowly no matter how hardship is it. And we also can know what we want to talk without saying out. We can know it by just looking at each other. Actually this undying love really touch my heart so much and I also will treat my husband faithfulness with all my heart. I also hope that all of you will faithfulness in your love so that all of you included me won’t regret in the future.

Fast food is easy, and as long as you can resist the tactics they use to encourage you to overeat, such as meal deals, super-sizing and two-for-one offers. It's advantages can help you to eat better.
• You can practice portion control--choose small, regular, junior or single sizes.
• You can walk in, order and eat. No delayed meals or waiting at the table for food.
• You can make special requests to avoid hidden calories such as mayonnaise and ?special sauces.?
• You can split and share with no extra charges.
• No hard-to-resist high-calorie ?nibbles? greet you at the table.
• Dessert is not a focal point of the menu.
• Nutrition information is available.
Avoid the Fast Food Disadvantages
• The "more food for less money" pitch encourages overeating
• Large, extra large, big, jumbo, and double portions are the norm.
• High fat ingredients are plentiful? Cheese, fried chicken or fish, bacon, French fries, mayonnaise, and "special sauces" (which are usually made from mayonnaise).
• Vegetables can be difficult to find, aside from small salads, a few leafs of lettuce on a sandwich or, worst, vegetables that are fried, such as potatoes or onion rings.
• Fruit is not present other than as orange juice or between the crusts of baked or fried pies.
• You can reach your daily sodium intake (2,400 milligrams) in just one meal. And that's without any additional table salt.

Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to sleep. Tossing and turning. Your mind is racing, going over everything that happened today. Night noises keep you awake. What can you do? There ARE things you can do! Read on and learn some new tricks to sleep well. These tips are also known as "Sleep Hygiene."

-Sleep only when sleepy
This reduces the time you are awake in bed.

-If you can't fall asleep within 20 minutes, get up and do something boring until you feel sleepy
Sit quietly in the dark or read the warranty on your refrigerator. Don't expose yourself to bright light while you are up. The light gives cues to your brain that it is time to wake up.

-Don't take naps
This will ensure you are tired at bedtime. If you just can't make it through the day without a nap, sleep less than one hour, before 3 pm.

-Get up and go to bed the same time every day
Even on weekends! When your sleep cycle has a regular rhythm, you will feel better.

-Refrain from exercise at least 4 hours before bedtime
Regular exercise is recommended to help you sleep well, but the timing of the workout is important. Exercising in the morning or early afternoon will not interfere with sleep.

-Develop sleep rituals
It is important to give your body cues that it is time to slow down and sleep. Listen to relaxing music, read something soothing for 15 minutes, have a cup of caffeine free tea, do relaxation exercises.

-Only use your bed for sleeping
Refrain from using your bed to watch TV, pay bills, do work or reading. So when you go to bed your body knows it is time to sleep. Sex is the only exception.

-Stay away from caffeine, nicotine and alcohol at least 4-6 hours before bed
Caffeine and nicotine are stimulants that interfere with your ability to fall asleep. Coffee, tea, cola, cocoa, chocolate and some prescription and non-prescription drugs contain caffeine. Cigarettes and some drugs contain nicotine. Alcohol may seem to help you sleep in the beginning as it slows brain activity, but you will end end up having fragmented sleep.

-Have a light snack before bed
If your stomach is too empty, that can interfere with sleep. However, if you eat a heavy meal before bedtime, that can interfere as well. Dairy products and turkey contain tryptophan, which acts as a natural sleep inducer. Tryptophan is probably why a warm glass of milk is sometimes recommended.

-Take a hot bath 90 minutes before bedtime
A hot bath will raise your body temperature, but it is the drop in body temperature that may leave you feeling sleepy. Read about the study done on body temperature below.

-Trouble Sleeping? Chill Out! - A press release from the journal Sleep about the significance in body temperature before sleep

-Make sure your bed and bedroom are quiet and comfortable
A hot room can be uncomfortable. A cooler room along with enough blankets to stay warm is recommended. If light in the early morning bothers you, get a blackout shade or wear a slumber mask. If noise bothers you, wear earplugs or get a "white noise" machine.

-Use sunlight to set your biological clock

-As soon as you get up in the morning, go outside and turn your face to the sun for 15 minutes

i think the statement is obvious enough... to hatch the egg, you have to be patience..

so the thing is in whatever we do, patience and determination are the key to success. these two are co-related to each other as without one of them, we are pretty much doomed for failure.

when doing something, i mean anything, rushing is just going to screw things up. the most simple example, last minute study which has become a routine to our students. of course some of them will still pass their exam with flying colors but how big are their chances of getting that kind of result compared with people who have prepared themselves?

um, i guess that's all i have to say. for now. haha.

YOU GET THE CHICKEN BY HATCHING THE EGG, NOT BY SMASHING IT....

For me, I 100% agree with the quote. Something that we want won't come easily in front of us. We have to be patient and willing to sacrifice to get it. Like another quote, "when there is a will, there is a way". But to be patient and willing to sacrifiice is very hard. We will face many obstacles and hardship. Sometimes people will only go for it for a half way because they have no strength anymore to be patient. One thing that we must remember all the time that patience is the only key for a great success. If we do something in hurry, I'm afraid that we will regret of it in the future. Lastly, only what you want gets through and don't give an inches before the buzzer sound.

3 ways to lose weight without dieting

1.. Eat more good stuff
Instead of obsessing about tasty bites you want to banish, focus on healthy foods you can feast on. Women who do so tend to lose more weight than those who ruminate on restricting calories. Fill up with fiber-rich fruit, vegetables and whole grains. "High-fiber foods expand in your stomach, so you're less likely to overeat," says Madelyn Fernstrom, Ph.D., director of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Weight Management Center. Fiber also inhibits your body's absorption of fat, says Dave Grotto, R.D., author of 101 Foods That Could Save Your Life (Bantam Books). There are easy ways to sneak in more fiber: Stir 1 tablespoon of flaxseed into oatmeal, add 1/2 cup of beans to a green salad or snack on small portions of dried fruit and nuts..

2.. Go to the dogs
Volunteering at the pound could help you lose pounds. People who signed up to walk shelter dogs for an hour a week lost about a pound in four weeks, early research from the University of Missouri at Columbia showed. That's 12 pounds a year you could shed without skipping a single dessert! In fact, other research by study author Rebecca Johnson, Ph.D., revealed that people who walked a dog (either their own or a loaner hound) 20 minutes a day for five days a week lost on average 14 pounds after a year. Best of all, dog walking turns out to be an easy commitment to keep.

3.. Sleep it off
Getting enough shut-eye can keep your body from storing fat, scientists at Laval University in Quebec note. Night owls who log fewer than six hours of sleep are 35 percent more likely to gain weight—on average, 11 pounds over six years—than those who get seven to eight. "Sleep deprivation increases cravings for sweets and starches," says James Gangwisch, Ph.D., assistant professor of psychiatry at Columbia University Medical Center in New York City. "It also causes your body to produce more of the stress hormone cortisol, which is linked to belly fat." To snag more sack time, set a radio alarm to sound 30 minutes before you want to go to bed, suggests Michael Breus, Ph.D., author of Beauty Sleep (Plume). When it goes off, head to your room and relax with stretches or light reading (avoid anything agitating, such as the news). After a half hour, it's time to dream of a slimmer you.

Success is everybody’s dream. But what is the key to success? How can you be successful? In my post about defining successful people, I wrote that we should measure success based on how much we give rather than how much we receive. Fortunately, it also works nicely the other way around since those who give more almost always will also receive more.

Based on that, you can see that the more value you give to others, the more successful you will be. So how do you pave your way to success? How do you become more successful? The answer is amazingly simple. Here it is:

The key to success is making yourself as useful as possible to others.

That’s it. Making yourself as useful as possible to others.

If you focus on applying this, others will realize the value they get from you and they will attract more people to come to you. These new people will also realize the value they get from you and they will attract even more people to come to you. The virtuous cycle begins and you are now on your way to success.

With this principle in mind, you should aim at increasing your usefulness to others. How do you do that? Here are some ideas:

1. Be observant of needs
To be useful to others, you should always be aware of even the slightest clues of needs. The more sensitive you are to the needs of others, the more appreciative people will eventually become. The best scenario is being able to anticipate a need before the other people are even aware of it.
2. Find solutions to the needs
Now that you are aware of needs, the next step is finding solutions to them. The solutions you offer should be as useful as possible. To be able to do so, there is no other way but to continuously build your own value. It is from the value you have that you could give value to others.
3. Be proactive to help
Do not wait for the other person to ask for your help. Be proactive. Give your help even before they ask.
4. Be sincere
What matters is not only the solution you offer, but also the way you deliver it. Being sincere means being glad to help others without expecting anything in return. Make it your joy to give something to others. People can somehow distinguish whether or not you are sincere.
5. Go the extra mile
Doing the above four steps is good, but add this one if you can: give more than expected. First, give what is expected, and then add a little more. If you do the above four steps people will be appreciative, but if you add this one step they will be impressed

The desire to be happy is a universal part of human nature. It is a fact, though, that there are nearly as many definitions for the word "happiness" as there are human beings on this planet. Every person has his or her own unique definition of what happiness means; this is because each person has his or her own unique desires, wishes, thoughts, emotions and dreams.

If the definition of happiness is as individual as the desire for it is universal, how can you hope or attempt to attain it? While this may seem to be the logical question, you may be relieved to hear that it is not impossible -- for that matter, it is not nearly as difficult as you may think.

You want to be happy. You want your life to be brimming with happiness -- to enjoy, and to share with others. The first thing which you must do in order to make happiness a part of your everyday life and a part of your future is to decide what it means to you. If you "compare notes" with your friends, or even with your family members, you may go off track, and you may be quite disappointed. As they, too, are individuals, you cannot reasonably expect them to describe happiness in precisely the same manner as you do for yourself. When you are planning to make happiness a part of your life, putting the focus on your own definition first is essential. After all, it is quite impossible to attain something if you are uncertain as to what it is that you wish to attain.

There are three basic approaches to the subject happiness. Some people have an external approach. To these people, the existence or absence of happiness is primarily determined by what they have, what they do, what they accomplish. They find the prospect of a nice family vacation, a new job promotion or opportunity, or similar types of external factors to be Happiness. Others take an internal approach. For them, the highest and best state of happiness involves a true sense of inner-peace, contentment, and general well-being. Still others take the approach that true happiness is about acceptance -- that everything is fine exactly as it is. Individual personality traits account for differences in happiness styles -- and knowing what happiness means to you is the surest way that you can attain it.

When you know what happiness means to you, you can then proceed toward it by beginning to remove the obstacles. Whether a new home is your fondest desire, whether you wish to have a sense of contentment in your everyday life, or whether you feel that you are relatively happy with yourself and your life but simply need to be sure that you are on the right track, happiness does not need to be a far-off goal that you may or may not reach someday -- it is something that is very close to your reach right now. Decide what happiness means to you -- and what you reach for will be within your grasp!

patience is the key of success...

One of the behaviors that most success people have is patience. It dos not matter in what business they are in. People do not know what kind of obstacles and test will come in doing things that will bring him or her to success. We also do not know how long the obstacles and test will keep going on until it is over. We also do not know the obstacle that we faced in the past possibly come again and again. Therefore patience is one the key from giving up to keep trying and move on to next action. Together with desire to achieve your dream and patience to every obstacles you will success.

Not everybody have patience in their behaviors and this is why not everybody succeeds and achieved their goal and dream. Most of the success people faced all sort of obstacles and is sometime very painful. Along the way of painful experience some people start to think their limit. They will say, “that’s it, I have enough” or “I can’t stand it any more”. Then they stop doing anything and their dream is only a day dreams. But what should they do is to analyze their action. What is wrong and what is not enough.

Courage without patience is like a boom. It will kill the dream. They must come together and make yourself become stronger and will face all very painful obstacles. This will make your move on to catch your dreams. Patience will eliminate all the negative thinking and attitude and bring you to success. When both courage and patience are blend together and stronger in your heart, then the success will come easily and sooner. This is the sweetest thing shall happen after the entire bad thing that we gone through. As people say that the medicine may taste bad but it will make sure you getting healthy and having a good life in the end.

Dear All,

Read this story - Very inspiring

In an Indian temple, when the priest had gone for
lunch, the Idol of the Lord and the Stepping Stone
were conversing.

Stepping Stone:’³What a good fate you have. We both
were the same lump of rock for millions of years. The
sculptor carved an idol out of you and every one is
worshipping you. And look at me, I am a stepping stone
and every one stands on me and stamps on. What kind of
life is this?’³

The Idol kept smiling and never bothered to answer
this, now, routine murmur from the stepping stone. But
the stepping stone (stone used as a step, that is)
will never stop his constant bickering.

The Idol replied:’³But do you remember that when the
sculptor set out to carve an idol, it was you he
chose, first. You were so impatient. In one strike,
you broke in to two . But when he tried on me, I
grinned and bore all the hammers and chisel strikes
with PATIENCE . Here I am the worshipful and happy
Idol and you are the Stepping Stone!’³

The difference between success and failure is patience
and persistence

So please be patient...\(^V^)/

Understanding Engineers - Take One

To the optimist, the glass is half full. To the pessimist, the glass is half empty. To the engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

Understanding Engineers - Take Two

A pastor, a doctor and an engineer were waiting one morning for a particularly slow group of golfers. The engineer fumed, "What's with these guys? We must have been waiting for 15 minutes!" The doctor chimed in, "I don't know, but I've never seen such ineptitude!" The pastor said, "Hey, here comes the greens keeper. Let's have a word with him." "Hi George! Say, what's with that group ahead of us? They're rather slow, aren't they?" The greens keeper replied, "Oh, yes, that's a group of blind firefighters. They lost their sight saving our clubhouse from a fire last year, so we always let them play for free anytime." The group was silent for a moment. The pastor said, "That's so sad. I think I will say a special prayer for them tonight." The doctor said, "Good idea. And I'm going to contact my ophthalmologist buddy and see if there's anything he can do for them." The engineer said, "Why can't these guys play at night?"

Understanding Engineers - Take Three

What is the difference between Mechanical Engineers and Civil Engineers? Mechanical Engineers build weapons and Civil Engineers build targets.

Understanding Engineers - Take Four

The graduate with a Science degree asks, "Why does it work?" The graduate with an Engineering degree asks, "How does it work?" The graduate with an Accounting degree asks, "How much will it cost?" The graduate with an Arts degree asks, "Do you want fries with that?"

Understanding Engineers - Take Five

Three engineering students were gathered together discussing the possible designers of the human body. One said, "It was a mechanical engineer. Just look at all the joints." Another said, "No, it was an electrical engineer. The nervous system has many thousands of electrical connections." The last one said, "Actually it was a civil engineer. Who else would run a toxic waste pipeline near a recreational area?"

Understanding Engineers - Take Six

"Normal people believe that if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Engineers believe that "if it ain't broke, it doesn't have enough features yet"

Understanding Engineers - Take Seven

An architect, an artist and an engineer were discussing whether it was better to spend time with the wife or a mistress. The architect said he enjoyed time with his wife, building a solid foundation for an enduring relationship. The artist said he enjoyed time with his mistress, because of the passion and mystery he found there. The engineer said, "I like both." "Both?" "Yeah. If you have a wife and a mistress, they will each assume you are spending time with the other woman, and you can go to the lab and get some work done."

Understanding Engineers - Take Eight

An engineer was crossing a road one-day when a frog called out to him and said, "If you kiss me, I'll turn into a beautiful princess." He bent over, picked up the frog and put it in his pocket. The frog spoke up again and said, "If you kiss me and turn me back into a beautiful princess, I will stay with you for one week." The engineer took the frog out of his pocket, smiled at it and returned it to the pocket. The frog then cried out, "If you kiss me and turn me back into a princess, I'll stay with you and do ANYTHING you want." Again the engineer took the frog out, smiled at it and put it back into his pocket. Finally, the frog asked, "What is the matter? I've told you I'm a beautiful princess, and that I'll stay with you for a week and do anything you want. Why won't you kiss me?" The engineer said, "Look, I'm an engineer. I don't have time for a girlfriend, but a talking frog, now that's cool."

WHY DO WE NEED SLEEP???

Every creature needs to rest.just like eating, sleep is necessary for survival.
sleep gives our body a rest and allows it to prepare for the next day.sleep also gives our brain a chance to sort thing out.sleep may be the time when the brain sort and stores information, replace chemicals, and solve problem..

The amount of sleep a person needs depend a lot on his or her age.baby sleep a lot, about 14 to 15 hour a day.but many older people need about 7 or 8 hours of sleep each night.

Skipping one night sleep makes a person cranky and clumsy. After missing two night of sleep, a person will have problem thinking and doing thing.his or her brain and body cant do normal task nearly as well. After 5 night without sleep,a person will hallunicate.Eventually,it become impossible for the brain to give its directions to the rest of body without sleep.so,sleep is essential for use as a student..

WHY DO WE YAWN???

do this question crossing on your mind??
why do we yawn???
one is that when we are bored or tired,we just dont breathe as deeply as we usually do.as this theory goes, our bodies take in less oxygen because our breathing has slowed.therefore, yawning help us bring more oxygen into the blood and move more carbon dioxide out of the blood..
hmm..that's why la..

how to break bad habbits

a habbit is any action that we have perfomed so often that it become almost involuntary response.
If we consider this habit to be undesirable then we may label it a "bad habit". People spend countless hours and dollars each year attempting to break these bad habits and often do not have any success. Why? Because there is no magic bullet. Change is hard work and there is no short cut to achieving it. The steps a person needs to take, however, can be very simply outlined. To effect a change in habits, one needs to bring the action back into the realm of consciousness and regain the ability to make choices.
what'the Payoff
The first step in breaking a bad habit is to look at why you find this action so compelling. In other words, what's the payoff for doing this seemingly negative thing? Since you've already classified this as a "bad" habit you may be tempted to say there isn't one. But look closer. There is always a payoff.
what's the trade off
This step should be easier. Just think why it is that you consider it a bad habit in the first place.
time to make a choice
Now that you've weighed both sides of the issue--your payoff and your tradeoff--it's time to make a choice. It's no longer an involuntary act because now you know that you are making a choice every time you perform this action. You are choosing what you value more: the payoff or the tradeoff! Each time you start to do whatever the bad habit is now you have to actively choose.
substituting better behaviors
The whole reason you formed your habits in the first place is that they filled a need. You had tension that needed relief or you had a desire to surf the Net. As you break the old patterns you still need a way to fulfill these needs. You will be not only making an active choice to not do the old action you will also be making a choice to perform a better, alternative action in its place
it's up to you
By now you should realize that the only way to continue with a bad habit for very long is to sink back into denial of why you are doing it in the first place. Each time you begin to resume your old patterns the thought will pass through your mind that you are trading X for Y each time you perform that action. You will be forced to make a choice, whether good for bad, about continuing your habit. What choices will you make? The one that makes you feel bad about yourself or the one that makes you feel good? It's up to you.

LAUGHTER, THE BEST MEDICINE

A guy finds a sheep wandering in his neighbourhood and takes it to the police station. The desk dergeant says,"Why don't you just take it to the zoo?"

The next day,the sergeant spots the same guy walking down the street-with the sheep.

"I thought I told you to take that sheep to the zoo," the sergeant says.

"I know what you told me,"the guy responds."Yesterday I took him to the zoo.Today I'm taking him to the movies."

Well, I think it's the guy who should be taken to the zoo-he's not clever.

SLEEPWALKING
Sleepwalking usually happens in the first few hours of sleep in the stage called slow-wave or deep sleep.
Not all sleepwalkers actually walk. Some simply sit up or stand in bed or act like they're awake when, in fact, they're asleep! Most, however, do get up and move around for a few seconds or for as long as half an hour.
Sleepwalkers' eyes are open, but they don't see the same way they do when they're awake and often think they're in different rooms of the house or different places altogether. Sleepwalkers tend to go back to bed on their own and they won't remember it in the morning.
Sleepwalking may run in families and sometimes occurs when a person is sick, has a fever, is not getting enough sleep, or is stressed.
occasional sleepwalking generally isn't something to worry about, although it may look funny or even scary for the people who see a sleepwalker in action.
Although occasional sleepwalking isn't a big deal, it's important, of course, that the person is kept safe.
so,here are some tips to help prevent sleepwalking:

•Relax at bedtime by listening to soft music or relaxation tapes.
•Have a regular sleep schedule and stick to it.
•Keep noise and lights to a minimum while you're trying to sleep.
•Avoid drinking a lot in the evening and be sure to go to the bathroom before going to bed.

Yes that’s right! We have to be patient if we want to do something. Rushing will not bring any goodness. Doing something with anger also not good and the result might be not as what we want. However, doing something fast with expertise is not rushing. It is a skill. hehe..:p
Last from me, if we want to create something we have to something. Thingking about it is also a part of doing something.

Here is a few story about silat:

Silat is a Malay word which means martial arts. Malay silat is a generic term for many Malaysian martial arts. There are at least 150 known Malay silats in Malaysia. Most popular ones are Silat Gayong (pronounced Guy Yoog), Silat Cekak, Silat Sendeng, Silat Keris Lok 9 and Silat Gayong Fatani. There is also another silat style called silat Melayu. This silat is considered as the oldest Malay silat.

Silat Gayong, or correctly referred to as Silat Seni Gayong, is a Malay art of self-defense; a fighting art, the art of stopping wars. The art is not merely about self-defense, it is also for the development of the self (belajar mengenal diri); becoming a better person so that you may serve humanity. It is a great way to develop and increase physical fitness, flexibility, mental conditioning, discipline and self-confidence. The philosophy of Gayong is strongly related to the Malay Adat Istiadat (Malay cultures and traditions), morals, adab (respect) and the teaching of religion. Religion is the inspiration, motivation and guidance for high quality behavior. It is a mark of peace and harmony.

Gayong art has been passed down from generation to generation; from the Hulubalang Gayong to Tengku Panglima Hitam (Daeing Kuning), to Syed Zainal Idris Al-Atas, to Daeing Uda Mat Hashim, to Meor Abdul Aziz and Dato Meor Abdul Rahman (see picture on text book). Today, several practitioners have been entrusted to share the art with mankind. These include Abdul Majid Mat Isa, Siti Kalsom Meor Rahman, Razali Salleh, Hussain Kaslan, Awang Daud, Ahmad Lazim, Mat Nanyang and BadirulZaman.

There are other Gayong practitioners dedicated to spreading the art of Gayong; Kahar Redza, Ismail Jantan, Mufti Ansari, Safiah Mohd Noor, Mustapa Kamal, Sani Morni, Rasul Abdul Ghani, Faid Musa, Azhar Abbas, Zainal Ishak, Rahim Hussain, Ariffin Mahidin, Ibrahim Yatim, Idris Abdul Rahaman, Jaafar Jamaludin, Hamzah Ahmad, Selamat Mat Raji, Mohd Anuar Hamid, Jebat Majid,.... and many more. Gayong is widely practiced in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Due to different opinions and styles of managing a very large organization, Gayong carries many different names; Gayong Malaysia, Gayong Pusaka, Gayong Warisan and Gayong PASAK. Regardless of whatever names Gayong may carry, they all agreed on one thing...... that the Grand Master of Gayong will always be Dato Meor Abdul Rahman . Now, Gayong is slowly spreading into Europe and the Western world.

Actually there is a friend that also follows us to joint silat. It is good for there of us to learn silat. Besides, that is the way we try to protect ourselves, we also try to sustain our cultural.
to make our life more enjoyable in ump, we join Pencak Silat UMP. Actually it is Silat Olahraga and it is relate to sport. Hopefully we can still in the group of silat until the end of our year in UMP.

definition of perception......
we found reason to think that the ultimate constituents* of the world do not have the characteristics of either mind or matter as ordinarily understood: they are not solid persistent objects moving through space, nor are they fragments of "consciousness." But we found two ways of grouping particulars, one into "things" or "pieces of matter," the other into series of "perspectives," each series being what may be called a "biography." Before we can define either sensations or images, it is necessary to consider this two fold classification in somewhat greater detail, and to derive from it a definition of perception. It should be said that, in so far as the classification assumes the whole world of physics (including its unperceived portions), it contains hypothetical elements. But we will not linger on the grounds for admitting these, which belong to the philosophy of physics rather than of psychology.

* When I speak of "ultimate constituents," I do not mean necessarily such as are theoretically incapable of analysis, but only such as, at present, we can see no means of analysing. I speak of such constituents as "particulars," or as "RELATIVE particulars" when I wish to emphasize the fact that they may be themselves complex.

The physical classification of particulars collects together all those that are aspects of one "thing." Given any one particular, it is found often (we do not say always) that there are a number of other particulars differing from this one in gradually increasing degrees. Those (or some of those) that differ from it only very slightly will be found to differ approximately according to certain laws which may be called, in a generalized sense, the laws of "perspective"; they include the ordinary laws of perspective as a special case. This approximation grows more and more nearly exact as the difference grows less; in technical language, the laws of perspective account for the differences to the first order of small quantities, and other laws are only required to account for second-order differences. That is to say, as the difference diminishes, the part of the difference which is not according to the laws of perspective diminishes much more rapidly, and bears to the total difference a ratio which tends towards zero as both are made smaller and smaller. By this means we can theoretically collect together a number of particulars which may be defined as the "aspects" or "appearances" of one thing at one time. If the laws of perspective were sufficiently known, the connection between different aspects would be expressed in differential equations.

don't feel regret...
just be grateful with what we have...

here is an example...
it is the real story of mine..
ump is the second choice in the list...
i really hope i will get the offer letter from upm in the same course but the the offer letter from ump reached at my home..
i just feel a little bit of regret and i told my mum to let me study overseas since i don't want to study in ump but of course my mum didn't let me go...
i kept wondering..what should i do??
then i realize this is the fate..
maybe there's something beside it..
and maybe ump will be the better place for me....

just be grateful with what we have because we do not know things behind it....

It is not always the P to blame..

Road laws in our country require that all new drivers be placed under probation for 2 years after passing their driving exams. This means that new drivers will have a P license and a P sticker on their car. All this connection to the alphabet P has made us new drivers (YES..I am still under probation...but it is just another 2 months! hehehe =P ) famously known as “P drivers” .

Ever noticed this thing on the road where if a certain driver does something reckless like a sudden shift of lanes or making a turn without using their indicator lights , any observers' first words will be “must be a P driver”. Okay , maybe occasionally there will be a few curse words before that line , but the point is somehow or rather the blame tends to fall on “P drivers”.

Is this discrimination of “P drivers” really appropriate? Perhaps “P drivers” are responsible for some of the acts. However, the prejudice attitude is really uncalled for. Just because we are under probation , it does not mean that we are lousy drivers.

Fact is , in certain ways “P drivers” are better drivers than “CDL drivers”. You may think , why would someone so experienced lose out to someone without experience? Well it is true experience plays a part in making us a great driver. However ,remember the saying pride goes before a fall. Being so experienced , “CDL drivers” have the tendency to be overconfident on the road and therefore ignore certain things like checking the side mirrors before switching lanes. In addition to that , “CDL drives” need not worry about the withdrawal of their licenses. “P drivers” on the other hand do not have such a luxury with fear of being new on the road and the risk of losing our license to the authorities. This in turn makes us more aware of the way we drive, making us safer drivers.

I hope I have managed to somewhat alter your perspective on “P drivers”. Please remember that it is not always the fault of the “P drivers” when accidents happen or when another driver does a reckless act. =)

The Ugly Malaysian

Do not fear , we Malaysians have not fallen to some genetic abnormality that makes us physically uglier than the average human. We have only became uglier habitually than perhaps half the human race. As dramatic as it may sound , it might still be true.

One of our most prominent habits would probably be our timing. When we say 7.30pm , it is always 7.30pm isn’t it? YEAH RIGHT , maybe 7.30pm in another country!!hahahaha =P May it be meetings , classes or appointments , punctuality is truly hard to come by in our country. The bad part is that no one is doing anything about it. Then there is the worse part where people starts assuming that others are doing it and therefore decides to be fashionably late as well. It almost seems like there is no cure for this disease.

Do we not realise that time and tide waits for no man? Oh women , it does not mean that time and tide waits for you alright?hehehe =P Okay, back to serious issues. Every second wasted can be used for something productive. If a million people threw a second away , we would have lost a million seconds , which is 16666.667 minutes , which is 277.77778 hours , which is 11.57074 days!! Imagine the productivity we have lost in a blink of an eye. Hmm...perhaps this is the reason our country have fallen so far behind other countries.

It is a good thing we are not the GMT (Greenwich Meridian Time) or the whole world might slow down!hehehe =P But we actually have GMT as well. The “Great” Malaysian Timing (GMT)!hahahaha =P Let us all play a part into making it GREAT Malaysian Timing WITHOUT the “ “ symbols shall we?hehehe =P

P/S : I know I am not the most punctual person. But I am trying! hehehe =)

Made In China

Products from China are popularly known for their cheap prices. Whenever something is cheaper than the other stuff on the shelf , “must be from China” is the first thought that hit everyone’s minds.

Due to the prices , these products are often considered unsafe and of low quality. However I think that this is a rather unfair perception. Let me take electrical products as an example. There are those brands from China which you could get for half the price of branded items like Sony and Hitachi. When it comes to safety , both this items come with a one year warranty , meaning that after that you are on your own should anything happen. If China items are indeed that lousy , how are they able to offer the same warranty given by branded companies? As a matter a fact , with it being half the price , technically you automatically get a 2 year warranty. Truth is the price is low due to their overwhelming population making labour cheap. If you noticed , most branded items are made in China as well ;) Just imagine their profit margins!! =O

As for quality , perhaps the quality is not up to par with branded names. However at times , we really do not need that extra quality. Furthermore , China products usually beat branded names when it comes to incorporating the latest technologies in their products. Most would say that the reason for this is that branded companies have to do research and copyright their ideas which takes time. China brands are said to just steal the results of the research and manufacture the items without copy righting their designs first thus making them able to introduce these technologies so much quicker. Well even if it is true , it does not really affect us consumers does it? All those procedures are a corporate thing. The important thing is value for our money right??hehehe =P
Admittedly China products have proved to be a failure in several occasions. However let us not judge them solely by their mistakes. Try looking at the advantages as well =)

ONE LIFE..do something! =)

My best weekend in Pahang thus far. Normally my weekends in Pahang would be spent rotting in my room. But this weekend was special! One Life hits Kuantan! I was able to experience one of the best exhibitions ever. This was an exhibition like no other. While other exhibitions are normally filled with boards of pictures , this exhibition was truly different.

This ONE LIFE exhibition gives you the opportunity to take a walk in the shoes of HIV/AIDS patients. In the exhibit , you will feel , hear and see what it is like to be a HIV/AIDS victim. This exhibition is an effort by World Vision and other partners to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS victims throughout the world. They have already been to a few countries and are now here in Malaysia.

I have to admit that prior to this , HIV/AIDS was not something that I would have been worried about. Honestly, I thought that the numbers were small in Malaysia. Was I ever so wrong. There are over 70,000 people affected in Malaysia alone and those are just the reported cases. Sadly , this statistic includes children.

Moving on to the details of the exhibition , there were three different stories you could experience. Each one was different from the other. You have the option of walking in the shoes of Srey from Cambodia , Jothee from India or John from Malaysia. If I had the time I would have gone for all 3. Sadly I was in a rush so I could only go for 1.

Anyway , I got to experience the life of John from Malaysia. Apparently he is from Kuantan as well ( I study in Pahang for those who do not know). So I guess it made the whole thing that much more realistic. I could tell you the story , but it would be nothing compared to being there yourself. So why don’t you make a trip down to the One Life exhibition the next time it comes to your town.

This exhibition really has the ability to touch the hearts of many. Hopefully through this , people will learn to be more concerned and not fear HIV/AIDS victims. They are humans too , don’t isolate them out of our fear of HIV/AIDS. As the saying goes , we fear the unknown. If we know the disease , it is not all that scary. Look up the disease and do your part today. This exhibits makes us look at your own life and realise how lucky we are and yet we take it for granted. You have ONE LIFE, do something useful with it and help them lead a normal life =)

For my information , you can look up the ONE LIFE website at http://www.worldvision.com.my/onelife/
