i felt that technical description was intersting... it teach us how to describe a product in a different way... unlike the description we normally used, it was more professional... it description was more detail and accurate about that things...
This lesson let me felt that i wan to sell the product by let others knows....it gave me a feel that i was a professional salesgirl!!!
waht is patriotisma? i very confuse about that. the gorverment always ask us must be patriotis to our own country but they are betray all of us, all the citizims.
in this condition, how we be patriotism to my owbn country?
yesterday, i had seen a progaram of debate. the title of debate is about who had the responsible to the country? Malaysia have three major deparment there is paliment, kehakiman, and
the three part are playing their own characteristic. there can mix. is mean that the paliment can not give commen to the kehakiman or give order to do something. if the situation is occour there will not fair for the country. but recently, the politiciens have distrub the kehakiman and the matter had take vedio by someone.
it is show that our country is now become more poor in the politic idea.
the government wiling to do whatever things to stabil their own power but for the benefit of the country. i very sad to see the situation. how we can put our efford to love our counrty anymore?
however, the matter is become well-know to other country. i heard the US students ask me, why your country so full of corrusion. i dont know how to answere them. i just smiling. i share about that. i so susperise the authority does not shy about that when they are doing that things which are poored our country name?
for other examples, the government is not hold their words. they say the petrol price only will rise end of the years. but after a week, the petrol price rise up without inform.
why the government can do like that to residents. therefor, the resident had showing their feeling thought the election.

Thus, the meaning of patriotism can be highly dependent upon context, geography and philosophy.
Although patriotism is presently used in certain vernaculars as a synonym for nationalism, nationalism is not considered an inherent part of patriotism.[2][3] Among the ancient Greeks, patriotism is comprised of notions about Greek ethics, law, morality, devotion to the common good, and ancient Greek religions rather than pure identification with a nation-state.[4] [5] Scholar J. Peter Euben writes that for the Greek philosopher Socrates, "patriotism does not require one to agree with everything that his country does and would actually promote analytical questioning in a quest to make the country the best it possibly can be."[6]
During the 18th century Age of Enlightenment, the notion of patriotism continues to be separate from the notion of nationalism. Instead, patriotism is defined as devotion to humanity and beneficence.[7] For example, providing charity, criticizing slavery, and denouncing excessive penal laws is considered patriotic. [8] In both ancient and modern visions of patriotism, individual responsibility to fellow citizens is an inherent component of patriotism.
Many contemporary notions of patriotism are influenced by 19th century ideas about nationalism. During the 19th century, "being patriotic" becomes increasingly conflated with nationalism, and even jingoism.[9] However, some notions of contemporary patriotism reject nationalism in favor of a more classic version of the idea of patriotism which includes social responsibility.[10]
the star GEORGE TOWN(27/8/2008): Armed men shot a moneychanger, grabbed two bags on an airport trolley but missed RM1.9mil in another suitcase in a botched robbery at the Penang International Airport yesterday.
The robbers, two of whom were armed with automatic pistols, fired more than 10 shots, hitting the moneychanger, who was unidentified, in the ear and shoulder.
One of the shots also shattered a panel of the automatic glass door of the airport entrance.
The glass door at the airport entrance was shattered by gunfire from the robbers.
The incident occurred at about 9.30am when the moneychanger was about to receive a bag containing notes in American and Singapore dollars, British pounds and EU euros from a security guard hired to transport the cash in an armoured vehicle outside the airport entrance.
Central Seberang Prai spokesman Supt Shaharon Anuar Abdul Latif said that three masked robbers alighted from a black Toyota Harrier and dashed towards the moneychanger as he came up to security guard Zainol Othman, who escorted the money, at Door 1.
The moneybag was still in the armoured vehicle when the robbers struck.
It is learnt the moneychanger was on his way to board a flight at 10.25am to deliver the cash consignment to his counterpart at Changi Airport in Singapore.
Zainol, 43, told The Star that he grabbed the moneybag inside the armoured car and fled when he heard the gunshots.
The police forensics team gathering evidence from the armoured vehicle.
“I knew it was a robbery. The first thought that came to mind was to save the money.”
He said he hid behind the armoured vehicle for a while but decided to run to the side of the airport main building some 50m away when he saw one of the armed robbers heading towards him.
“In the midst of the commotion, the robbers grabbed the moneychanger’s bags, thinking that I had already placed the moneybag onto the trolley,” he said.
The three robbers, with an accomplice waiting in the getaway vehicle, sped off with the bags, one of which contained the moneychanger’s clothing.
The moneychanger was sent to Penang Hospital where surgeons operated to remove the slugs. Doctors said his condition was stable.
The gunshots sent the public and airport staff, who were standing at the other entrances, running for cover.
Zainol, who was armed with a revolver, said he did not draw his pistol to fight the robbers as “there were too many people at the airport entrance and I was worried I might hit somebody”.
“I was not scared during the robbery but I think I must be lucky to be alive,” he added.
Police said they found the getaway car at a newly-completed housing project in Sungai Tiram, a stone's throw from the airport, 10 minutes after the robbery.
They believe the robbers abandoned the vehicle and switched to another car.
Supt Shaharon said they recovered nine 9mm automatic pistol casings at the scene.
“We are also looking at the airport’s CCTV recording to identify the robbers,” he said.
This news is from today star paper,i read it on the net.It just show us that how the robber so furious now..gun shots fly around at the airport without concerning life of public..since when our country become this worst..i could'nt imagine wht will happen after 5 or 10 years .this has shown the robbers have already not affraid to our law enforcement anymore....what should we do to prevent crime rate from increasing?many suggestion has been proposed but non of it seem to work...Do we really have to live in terror everyday when we go out?ladies have to be extra careful when they carrying their beautiful bags?all this quetion will never answer if we still cant solution to all this.many life have been cost for this ,bringing many painfull to the one who lost thier love one..In my opinion,why all the solution that carry out by our government did not works as it proposed?1st is because our officer didnt fully play their role in crime fighting.Take our police officer as example,their duty is to protect public's safety,but the crime rate keep increasing,has shown them doesnt play their role relly well in crime fighting,they prefer hiding in shaded place ,catch all the rule breaker ,giving them summon.beside that i think that unity in our society had collapsed.compare to those day back then 90 or 80 years..crime rate back then also increasing.government proposed rukun tetangga being carry out in every taman.rukun tetangga was a success.every family alternately send a guy family member to patrol at night.result really did is the way we want..crime rate had decrease...but now no more this kind of unity in our society..as a conclusion..everyone had to play their role in crime fighting..lets us send a message to all the criminal out there.we will fight u all to the day we die

Technical description is a quite bored lesson for me...we are using a formal language to write it...however,it's quite easy if we know the flow how to write it in the correct format...this lesson make we more alert about things measurement and its structure,which make we need to write it in the correct value...

this lesson so bored,but okay for our knowledge to use this technical description to describing technical object and writing technical description as usual for engineering we need to know this particular lesson for future coming soon.This lesson also explain about language use in writing description. So,we should able know how to explain about our object that we create by technical description.tis lesson quite easy to understand but it's so bored during the lecture.
technical description is very important to describe something technically...actually, i do not like to desribe anything because it is so boring...but after madam teach us on how to describe something with a proper procedure, i found that it is quite interesting..i learn how to describe a product..it is fun because it seems like to promote to the customers..

can you just imagine when we look at a pencil,we'll said that it's just a pencil but in technical description many thing we can say about it like its size,brand,height,weight,colour,shape and many more.In other word,we can describe the pencil 'out of the box',something that other people can't see but we can.So,for me i just enjoy lernt this topic in order to prepare myself as a perfect engineer and society..hak3
if possible, we need not to be really technical..i think it is better to just explain something in a simple way..in a simple language..that people can really understand..but if we do not have any other choices, then we will have to present it technically..

hmm for me although its not very interesting but it is important for us to know about it. this is because, we are able to describe something more specifically and more detail. as a future engineer, maybe technical description are very important for us as we maybe deal with variety of product in the future..

technical description is a one subtopic that i must learn in my technical english. This topic teach us about why we want to subcribe something in the simple word.Actually this subject is very useful to us in the future.
