The phrase above is about success.
To be a successful person or to gain something in our life, we should work out for it in a good and manner way. There is no any shortcut to be a successful.

Every step taken must be planned.

Eat and stay slim

One can find so many advertisements on slimming just about everywhere. The world is talking about it. With the health problems that come with obesity, there is a real good reason to look within ourselves.

I believe we should be conscious of the food we put into our mouths. Easier said than done. But why are there still so many obese people? Has obesity something to do with genetic inheritance? Maybe, but looking around me, I think environment factors are the cause. We are influenced by our peers, friends and our family in what we eat or not eat.

Malaysians are blessed with many varieties of food and delicacies that come from our multi-cultural background, and it is indeed difficult to resist the temptations at times.

If your body is screaming for teh tarik, most probably there is some health imbalance that causes the cravings. Your craving for roti canai, a refined carb food, may be due to the fact that your blood sugar level is low and is a signal for the body to produce more insulin. Depending on your age, it is advisable to have a yearly medical check up to understand yourself better.

Staying slim or losing unwanted kilos is a serious business and it demands serious attention and effort. If you have a weight issue and a very good reason to lose some, make a decision and commit to a plan. There is no success without a plan and as the saying goes, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

The truth is we can still live, eat and enjoy food without the many health problems plaguing us in the later part of our life's journey.

The main key for this statement is 'PATIENT'. But i think therere will be more than one key.
In Islam, patient is important to seek a success in someone's life. Without it, the person cannot go anyway and any further.

Here are some proven tips on how to control your butterflies and give better presentations:

* Keep the audience in mind as you prepare.
* Stay away from predictable beginnings, rather, start with an intriguing question or set up a clear problem.
* You won't be able to cover everything you'd like to so set some clear goals regarding the most important points and focus on those.
* Talk about your material instead of lecturing about it. This is easier to achieve if you are not reading your script, rather, use notes.
* Interact with the audience - ask questions, get people involved - since people learn better when they are actively participating.
* Leave time for Q&A and address everyone politely.

Now i want to talk about success.

In very wide dimension, success is owned by everybody. But, not everybody know, how to get or reach the successfulness. Mostly people assess that successfulness is owned by people who have high IQ, graduate the best school and chosen the most famous specialization
This assessment is not wrong full, but we also have to see the broader phenomenon, many success people don’t have higher education. Equally, High IQ, best school graduate and famous specialization only the part of successfulness supporter.
At the time like this, feeling of self confidence is very important to grown. A lot of experts assess that self confidence represent the important factor generating a great difference between success and fail. Hence, many people assign technique to generate the self confidence. In the following some tips to build the self confidence :

First, dare to accept the responsibility. Director of The Institute of Effective Thinking, have performed research to assessment for many manager. From the research, Kushel conclude that he find the important character that owned by most of all manager owning high performance
And that character is feeling responsibility pushing them to come up “perfect" without caring any resistance which blocks them. Advisable, manager which have ugly performance and fail to reach the maximum capacities tend to overflow his mistake to everyone.
Second, developing positive value. Walk to go to the self confidence will faster when we develop the positive values on yourself. According to psychology Robert Anthony, Phd., one of way to develop the positive values by eliminating expression killing and changing with the creative expression. He suggests making the simple devolution Language but effective from the negative statement to positive statement. For example, changing word, “I cannot," becoming, “I can!"
Third, read the self potency. Immediately trace, dig, and explore the successful potency exist in our self. For example by enquiring to closest people. Including, follow the psikotes and visit psychiatry, and doctor to trace our potency. Because, possible that plenty potency which we have without we realize, so that we fail to dig
Fourth, dare to take the risk. Bravery in taking risk is important, cause than surrenders to fear more better learn to take the sensible risk. Try to accept the challenge, even felt fearful. Look for most the support as possible. TQ...

mY apple green quiz....hehe

You are almost super-humanly upbeat. You have a very positive energy that surrounds you.
And while you are happy go lucky, you're also charmingly assertive.
You get what you want, even if you have to persuade those against you to see things your way.
Reflective and thoughtful, you know yourself well - and you know that you want out of life.

GREEN relates to the HEART chakra
Associated organs to this chakra are the heart and breasts. The gland is the thymus gland.
Green is a balancing colour, in the middle of the visible spectrum. The higher three colours are known as the "cool" colours and are calming in effect, the lower three are known as the "warm" colours and have a stimulating effect. Green is the balance between these two.

When a therapist comes to the end of a colour therapy treatment, he/she will use green as a balancing colour at the end of a treatment.

Green is the colour of balance and harmony and can, therefore, be helpful in times of stress. If one has experienced a trauma, a green silk wrapped around the shoulders can have a very therapeutic effect.

my favourite colour is green..for me green is cool , its will help me when i'm in stress. When i look something coloured green i'm so obsess...

Initially, I’m not hesitate about that. The rule is right. I’m believe what the teacher and parent say. But until now, what they saying is wrong. I’m not mean that studying hard is wrong. Hard work to get good result is wrong!!. I just want to say that , we studying is not only want to get good result and after that can find a good job in future. Why we don’t think about something is out of other mind?? Have you think about that , if follow the structure above what you get in future? Let me tell you. I have read about the article that has five easy steps to a flat stomach. To really lose the fat, strengthen the abs, and develop real six pack abs, follow these five easy steps.

1. Write down in a notebook everything you eat for three days; be sure to estimate the quantity as closely as you can.

2. Do a search on the internet for calorie counters to find out the calorie content of the foods you've listed. Then list the calories for each item on your list.

3. Add up your total calories for the three days, and then divide by three. This is your average daily calorie consumption.

4. Determine where you can cut 250 calories per day by analyzing where you are consuming excessive calories, or calories with little nutritional value. Don’t forget to include what you drink.

5. Begin some type of exercise to burn 250 additional calories per day. These can include your abdominal exercises of course, but if you want to supercharge your calorie burn, try and incorporate some aerobic training. It doesn't take much exercise to burn 250 calories. Walking just 2-3 miles will accomplish this for most people.

I hope this article can help us to make our healthy always in a good condition. For mens, to avoid us from have a big stomach in the future, let’s try these tips. I know you will love it..Good Luck My Friends!!

Today,I have read about forgiveness. To forgive someone is not a feeling but it is a principle of life. It is depend on ourself by the way we can tolerate with the others. It is also a lesson that we must learn and is a life on lesson.

"To forgive someone that you love
is easy but it is not true
forgiveness."

The true forgiveness is to forgive your enemies and never hold grudges against them no matter what they've did to us. Otherwise, it will leads to anger, resentment, bitterness, hatred, retaliation, violence and what is the worse which is murder.

Forgiveness seems to be a very simple topic to be discuss but try to take a deep think of it and we never know that actually all those murder cases,suicides...all happened because of unforgiveness...did we realize about that?

I think,we must learn to forgive someone no matter how its unfair to us because we do not lose but win over ourself and that's the humanity principle as a muslim.

A test or an examination (or "exam") is an assessment, often administered on paper or on the computer, intended to measure the test-takers' or respondents' (often a student) knowledge, skills, aptitudes, or classification in many other topics (e.g., beliefs).
Tests are often used in education, professional certification, counseling, psychology (e.g., MMPI), the military, and many other fields.
The measurement that is the goal of testing is called a test score, and is "a summary of the evidence contained in an examinee's responses to the items of a test that are related to the construct or constructs being measured."
Test scores are interpreted with regards to a norm or criterion, or occasionally both.
The norm may be established independently, or by statistical analysis of a large number of subjects.

A standardized test is one that is administered and scored in a consistent matter to ensure legal defensibility.
A large proportion of formal testing is standardized.
A standardized test with important consequences for the individual examinee is referred to as a high stakes test.

The basic component of a test is an item.
These are often colloquially referred to as "questions," but not every item is phrased as a question; it may be such things as a true/false statement or a task that must be performed (if a performance test).

mom...mum...mummy.....

do u love ur mom??

A mother is a biological and/or social female parent of an offspring. In the case of a mammal such as a human, the biological mother gestates a fertilized ovum, which is called first an embryo, and then a fetus. This gestation occurs in the mother's uterus from conception until the fetus is sufficiently developed to be born. The mother then goes into labor and gives birth. Once the child is born, the mother produces milk in a process called lactation to feed the child; often the mother's breast milk is the child's sole nourishment for the first year or more of the child's life.

The title mother is often given to a woman other than the biological parent, if it is she who fulfills the social role. This is most commonly either an adoptive mother or a stepmother (the biologically unrelated wife of a child's father). Also, in both African-American and lesbian cultures non-biological othermothers exist. Currently, with advances in reproductive technologies, the function of biological motherhood can be split between the genetic mother (who provides the ovum) and the gestational mother (who carries the pregnancy), and in theory neither might be the social mother (the one who brings up the child).

Mothers have historically fulfilled the primary role in the raising of children, but since the late 20th century, the role of the father in child care has been given greater prominence in most Western countries.[1][2]

The experience of motherhood varies greatly depending upon location. The organization Save the Children has ranked the countries of the world, and found that Scandinavian countries are the best places to be a mother, whereas countries in sub-Saharan Africa are the worst.[3] A mother in the bottom 10 countries is over 750 times more likely to die in pregnancy or childbirth, compared to a mother in the top 10 countries, and a mother in the bottom 10 countries is 28 times more likely to see her child die before reaching his or her first birthday.

When you’re studying for finals, good nutrition often slides way down on the priority list. It’s easy to get into the habit of glugging coffee and gobbling take-out pizza, because you don’t want to waste time on food preparation. But, actually, good nutrition should be part of your study plan because it’s going to help you ace those tests. The better the fuel your brain gets, the better you’ll study. It’s a...well...no-brainer.

Here are 10 tips for eating right during exams:

How do I eat smarter? Meeting daily vitamin and mineral requirements will make doing your best much easier. Iron and B vitamins are especially important to maintaining the physical and mental energy necessary to study well. Iron-containing foods include red meat, cereals and spinach; one good meal idea is chili because it contains ground beef and kidney beans. Foods that contain B vitamins include whole-grains, wheat germ, eggs and nuts. Fish and soy are other foods that are said to help boost your brain by providing the nutrients it needs.
Dude, chewable Vitamin C is not a meal. Dietary supplements are good, but real food is better. An orange contains not only Vitamin C, but fibre, phytochemicals, beta carotene and other minerals — so it can’t be replaced by a pill. When you’re heading for the library, pack whole-food items like apples, bananas, clementines, carrot sticks or dried apricots.
Eat at regular intervals. Eating regular meals helps keep nutrient and energy levels more stable, curbing the temptation of empty-calorie snacks in the vending machine.
Big meals keep on turning ... in your stomach. You might find that eating the standard three-big-meals-a-day slows you down mentally and physically. Consider 5 or 6 well-balanced, smaller meals, like toast spread with peanut butter, hummus or tuna, or a piece of cheese with fruit.
Meet breakfast, your new study buddy. While much is said about the reasons to eat breakfast, less known are the best ways to eat smart in the morning. Coffee and a donut just don't cut it. The idea is to get some protein, calcium, fibre and a piece of fruit or a vegetable in there. So, a bowl of cereal with milk and a piece of fruit would do the trick. Or try a cereal bar with milk. We have some additional quick breakfast ideas for you to enjoy!
Going bananas? Good. Fruit ranks high among the best foods you can eat for your brain. Blueberries (which can be bought frozen in bags) get a lot of attention because they contain powerful antioxidants and other nutrients. The natural sugars in fruit offer clean energy, so you don’t experience the crash that follows consumption of refined sugar.
Choose powerful vegetables. Not all vegetables are created equal. The darker the color, the higher the concentration of nutrients. For example, spinach has more to offer the mind and body than iceberg lettuce. Other great vegetable choices include bell peppers, broccoli and sweet potatoes.
Smart snacking can enhance studying. Snack smart while studying and you may find that you retain more. Try to get two food groups into your snacks to balance the nutrients and keep your blood-sugar level stable. Some smart snack examples are banana with peanut butter, a small baked potato with cottage cheese, or an English muffin pizza.
Gather simple recipes for nourishing foods. It's easy to feed the brain well. No-fuss recipes let you eat to succeed, without taking too much time. Here are four ideas:

Combine scrambled eggs with toast, cheese or salsa
Spend 15 minutes preparing chili and continue studying while it simmers for two hours
Go Tex Mex with quesadillas, adding whatever veggies you’ve got on hand
A little chopping is all it takes to construct a hearty Chef’s Salad
Stay well hydrated. Choose your beverages well, though. Caffeine and sugar should be kept to a minimum. Since too much caffeine can make you jittery, try to drink moderate amounts: 400 to 450 mg per day, the equivalent of 2/2.5 cups, (16 to 20 ounces or 500 to 625 ml). Better choices include water, fruit juice, milk, and anti-oxidant-rich green tea.
Good luck!

A healthy diet is one that is arrived at with the intent of improving or maintaining optimal health.

This usually involves consuming nutrients by eating the appropriate amounts from all of the food groups, including an adequate amount of water. Since human nutrition is complex, a healthy diet may vary widely, and is subject to an individual's genetic makeup, environment, and health. For around 21% of the human population, lack of food and malnutrition are the main impediments to healthy eating. Conversely, people in developed countries have the opposite problem; they are more concerned about obesity.

LIFE

Life is a state that distinguishes organisms from non-living objects, such as non-life, and dead organisms. Living organisms are capable of growth and reproduction, some can communicate and many can adapt to their environment through changes originating internally. A physical characteristic of life is that it feeds on negative entropy. In more detail, according to physicists such as John Bernal, Erwin Schrödinger, Eugene Wigner, and John Avery, life is a member of the class of phenomena which are open or continuous systems able to decrease their internal entropy at the expense of substances or free energy taken in from the environment and subsequently rejected in a degraded form (see: entropy and life).

An entity with the above properties is considered to be a living organism, hence, a 'life form'. However, not every definition of life considers all of these properties to be essential. For example, the capacity for evolution is sometimes taken as the only essential property of life; this definition notably includes viruses, which do not qualify under narrower definitions as they are acellular and do not metabolize.

A diverse array of living organisms can be found in the biosphere on Earth. Properties common to these organisms—plants, animals, fungi, protists, archaea and bacteria—are a carbon- and water-based cellular form with complex organization and heritable genetic information. They undergo metabolism, possess a capacity to grow, respond to stimuli, reproduce and, through natural selection, adapt to their environment in successive generations. So far, there is no evidence of extraterrestrial life.

how to to be success person??

Is it not what we all are dreaming of? Being a Success! We want to be successful in school, in our jobs, in our relationships. In fact, we dream about being successful in everything. But what a challenge this is!

Most of the people believe that they just can't achieve great success because they don't have what it takes, or because they're not educated enough! They complain that luck is never on their side or that they weren't born to be successful, or even that they are too poor to ever even think about being something else!

You know what? You don't need luck or any diploma to accomplish the success you deserve.

You just need faith. Faith that you will indeed be successful, faith that you have all that it takes to make it to the top! You have to BELIEVE that YOU ARE the most successful person you ever met.

If you don't believe in yourself, who on earth do you think will?

The most successful persons in the world (businessmen (women), signers, physicians, etc.) all have that point in common: They all believed firmly that they were going to be exactly what they expected to be. They never doubted themselves, they had faith in their potentials and they were absolutely convinced that they would make it to the top! They never accepted a No for an answer. Nothing as ever stopped them, slowed down maybe, but never stopped!

Well that is very neat on paper, but I can hear you tell me: "It's easier said than done! How can I have faith in myself, when all that I have done so far hasn't brought me the success I am dreaming of? Everything that I'm trying ends up in a mess! Oh, I have attained some results of course, but I want more than that!" And that could go on and on...

There is a lot of things that ANYBODY can do to become a success in any field they choose: relationships, business, career, anything you can think of!

First, you have to understand that you will need to make an effort, not necessarily a huge one, but let's put it that way: you will definitely need consistence in your doings.

With anything that you're trying to attain if you don't give consistent efforts, you'll just simply NEVER get what you expect. The main point is to believe that YOU CAN be successful, and YOU WILL indeed.

One good method I am using for years now is Affirmation. And that doesn‚t really take a great deal of an effort to do. Simply keep repeating to your self some sentences like these ones:

- I am a successful person.
- I can attain any success level I desire.
- I will be rich because I deserve it!
- Etc.

Me, mita love to eat vegetarian food. dunno y but i just love it... come, let's check out a bit about vegetarian food...
Vegetarian cuisine refers to food that meets vegetarian standards by excluding meat and animal tissue products. For lacto-ovo vegetarianism (the most common type of vegetarianism in the Western world), eggs and dairy products such as milk and cheese are permitted. The strictest forms of vegetarianism are veganism and fruitarianism, which exclude all animal products, including dairy products as well as honey, and even some refined sugars if filtered and whitened with bone char.

Vegetarian foods can be classified into several different types:
Traditional foods that have always been vegetarian (Cereals/grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc.)
Soy products including Tofu and Tempeh which are common protein sources.
Textured vegetable protein (TVP), made from defatted soy flour, often included in chili and burger recipes in place of ground meat.
Meat analogues, which mimic the taste, texture, and appearance of meat and are often used in recipes that traditionally contained meat.
Vegans may also use analogues for eggs and dairy products.
