A friend is someone who knows me so well that I don't have to explain any of my actions to him/her. It is also someone who will accept me as I am.

For me friends can be defined as a person who can accept us no matter what condition we have and, share our problems together and can gives some advise on what I am going to do...
The characteristic to be my friends is not over confident....I am not really like to have a friend who being like this characteristic because I am afraid that they would be frustrated on what they do in their life...In addition, sometimes the person who be like this characteristic difficult to accepts their friends advise and opinion....huhu
DEFINITION
My own definition of a friend is when someone have a problem,friend will help him/her.Friend also will make a joke when we are sad.I think friend is very important for us.Friend will join us when we go to play football etc.You must trust me, without friend, without happiness!! Let get more friends. ('_')..Friends are everythings....

I think the important characteristic is discipline.It is because friend will build us to be a discipline person.For example, we are not a punctual person, our friend will build us to be a punctual person.So, we will become a punctual person like him/her.

actually what i think about friend is someone who you can really rely on to when you in trouble..there is a say in chinese in house we rely on parent,when at outside we rely on friend..require from on my friend actually is simple...one word trustworthy....anyone who fullfill this can be my friend..because i think that if there is no trust between friends..no point make friend with them..so trust between friend means a lot to me..
so far,friends i meet here stil fullfill my simple requirement
..so i am happy to say that i am glad having this friends here..studies here sometimes makes me so down because cannot keep up..but friends always play their role on this critical time..save me from that moment...so would like to thanks every single friends in my life..that all i want to say ..

To me, a good friend actually must be religious as their characteristic quality. This is because they will tend to follow their religious taught and rules to become their real self. This will lead their friends to follow also. For example, he was going to praying at the mosque but he also invite his friends to come with him also. ok...what do i really want when finding new friends?
obviously, honesty is the most important thing. i believe everyone is honest in making friends, but how honest they are, im not sure... but to me, the most important character is he/she able to click with me or get along with me easily... why?? they are more fun and understands us more. when we click, we can share everything without hesitation... ya, that's why. if i force myself to be with them whom has the opposite side of me, means i can barely enjoy our friendship. but basically, i do make friends with everyone, no matter who they and where they'r from...life is meaningless without friends..right...?

Define a friend
Friend can be described as a person who can be friendly with me.If someone want to be my friend,she/he must accept my altitude,personality and physical appearence.Beside that,she/he must be a person that I can trust because I'm going to share most of my inner thoughts and secrets with them.Someone who want to be my has know to keep a confidence, and not exploit my weakness.Furthermore,others qualities that my friend should have is she/he must be honest,understanding,caring,open minded and a patient person.
In my opinion,I think the important characteristic that my friends should have is she/he must be a trustworthy person.That means I mostly like be friendly with someone that I can trust because I think it is easy to make relationship with them.If I want to share about my secret or something,I only want to share with someone that I can trust.
